Drama Class on August 20th 2009

Last week, we were talking about three plays named "Oedipus The King", "Everyman", and "Julius Caesar". From those plays, there are several questions which are interesting to discuss:

1. What is so tragic about Oedipus fate? Why did it happen? (Oedipus The King)
2. How does Everyman match with morality drama characterization? (Everyman)
3. How Does personification play a great role in this play? (Everyman)
4. Does assassinating a leader for the good of the people constitute bravery worthy of a tragic hero or can the end never justify the means? (Julius Caesar)
